Description

Friars Farmhouse is a 16th century and later timber-framed and plastered house designed in an L-plan. It features a unit of exposed timber framing that is two storeys high, facing the street. The roofs are ridged and gabled, covered with peg tiles. The windows are modern leaded casements. Extending north from the return of the plan is a long range with rendered walls and a machine-made tiled roof.
