Description

Mount Hall is a 18th-century building located in Great Horkesley. The southeast front features facades of red brick laid in Flemish bond, while the other sides are plastered. The building is square in shape and has double roofs that are ridged and gabled, with a valley in between that houses two red brick chimney stacks. A parapet adorns the front, which includes a central door topped by a semi-circular fanlight, framed by a Doric porch and a flat entablature. On either side of the door are modern casements, each with one mullion and one transom. The first storey has a range of five pairs of six-pane sash windows.
