Description

Thrifts Farmhouse is an early 19th-century house that stands two storeys tall and features three bays. It is constructed of brick and has a T-shaped plan with a rendered front elevation. The central section has a semi-hexagonal bay that contains a pair of six-pane hornless sash windows, along with smaller side sashes, all beneath a leaded flat roof. On either side of this bay, there are pairs of six-pane sash windows. The first storey showcases three pairs of six-pane sash windows, each with projecting stucco or stone sills. The roofs are ridged and gabled, covered with red machine-made tiles, and there is a red brick chimney stack set into each gable.
