Description

Winsley House is an early 18th century building located on the north side of High Street. It is two storeys high, constructed with a timber frame and plastered exterior, and has tiled roofs. The front of the house has been altered in a Gothic style, featuring an original modillioned eaves cornice, rough-cast plaster, and a five-window range. Each window has hood moulds and pointed heads on the upper sash glazing bars. Winsley House is part of a group that includes All Saints House, Grey Friars, Hillcrest, and Nos 83 and 84.
