  1. Built in 1708, it is one of the oldest nonconformist chapels in East Anglia. A red brick building with blue brick headers. The north and south ends have raised brick bands. The east and west fronts each have 2 round headed windows, the west front has 2 bulls eye windows and the north front has 2 oval windows above the brick band and a round beaded window below. All windows have leaded lights. A central C19 gabled porch projects on the east front. Roof tiled, with stopped gables. The east side has a moulded brick cornice. The chapel adjoins the south-east corner of the Manse. (RCHM 2).
