Description

Sunnyside is a timber-framed and plastered house that dates back to the 15th century or earlier. It underwent alterations in the 16th century and has been significantly modernized on the exterior. The building has one storey with an attic and features a heightened cross-wing at the north. It has a tiled roof and includes oak framing inside, which features an uncommon moulded tie beam with edge fillets that are instepped and stop-chamfered.
