Description

The Coach House is an early 19th century timber-framed and plastered house located in Great Waltham. It is two stories high and features a three-window range with double hung sashes that include glazing bars. The central doorway is topped with a flat hood. On the north side, the house is weather boarded and has a two-window range, with one window blocked on the first storey. The roof is hipped and covered with slate. This building is part of a group of listed buildings in the village, which includes Dweina, No 1 Elm Cot, Lime Tree Cottage, and the Almshouses, all of which are of local interest.
