Description
Marshalls is a timber-framed and plastered house that dates back to the 15th century, featuring cross wings at both the north and south ends. The building underwent alterations in the 16th century and was renovated in the 20th century. It has two storeys and a four-window range with casement windows that include glazing bars. There are two doorways, each topped with gabled hoods, and the roof is tiled. This house is part of a group of listed buildings in the village, which includes Dweina, No 1, Elm Cot, Lime Tree Cottage, and Almshouses, all of which are of local interest.
