Description

A brick-built mill and associated mill building dates to 1790, with later 19th-century additions. The original mill is an octagonal smock mill with a brick base laid in a Flemish bond pattern, featuring a good Georgian window and original door. Original stone-floor joists remain within. Adjacent mill buildings are two and three stories high, constructed of gault brick with windows, and includes a white weatherboarded lucam. A brick factory chimney is also present.
