Number 35 and North West Part of Number 33

Number 35 and the north-west part of Number 33 is a house that has been divided into two homes. It dates from the 15th century and late 16th century, with alterations made in the 19th century. The building is timber-framed and plastered, with a roof made of handmade red plain tiles. The structure features a 15th-century two-bay crosswing and a late 16th-century two-bay main range to the right, facing southeast. There is a 19th-century internal stack on the left side of the crosswing, and a single-storey kitchen wing at the rear of the crosswing, built of red bricks with a tiled roof and end stack.

The building is two storeys high with an attic. The crosswing and kitchen wing are now part of Number 33 to the left, while the remainder makes up Number 35. Number 33 has a 19th-century splayed bay of casements on the ground floor and an early 19th-century sash window with four over eight lights and crown glass on the first floor, along with a four-panel door with a simple canopy. Number 35 features an early 19th-century bow window with 28 lights, which was repaired in the 20th century, and a mid-19th-century sash window with six lights on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are two early 19th-century sashes with four over eight lights, complete with moulded architraves and crown glass, and a 20th-century casement in a gabled dormer.

Inside the crosswing, there is a binding beam that has been papered over, and the joists are plastered to the soffits. The front and rear walls have been raised by approximately one metre, and the roof has been rebuilt to align with that of the main range. Although the interior of the main range was not inspected, it is noted that the roof features clasped purlin construction with high arched collars and arched wind-bracing. The building abuts Number 37 (Kentwell) on the right, which has a gablet hip roof that overlays the rear of Number 35.
