Description

This is a late 15th or early 16th century timber-framed building, subsequently plastered, and featuring a gabled cross wing at one end. It is two storeys high, plus attics. The roof is covered with red plain tiles. Modern shop fronts occupy the ground floor. The cross wing has 19th-century bargeboards, and the original jetty has been rebuilt to accommodate a modern shop. A bay window with double-hung sashes is located at the first floor. The remainder of the building has a two-window range, with double-hung sashes and glazing bars. There are two flat-roofed attic dormers.
