Description

The table tomb located approximately 20 metres south west of the south porch of the Church of St. Catherine dates from the early 19th century. It is made of stone and features a plain base, a moulded support, and moulded top slabs. The angles are fluted and adorned with crucifera and oak leaf mouldings. The central panel is inscribed with the names Arthur Bentall, Gt. Russels Halstead, 1827, and Mary Bentall, 1837.
