GV II Block of 3 adjacent cottages. C17 and C18, altered in C20. Timber framed, plastered, roofed with handmade red clay tiles. Main range facing W, with crosswing at left end extending to rear, with 2 small C20 single-storey extensions at rear end. 2 axial stacks in each range. Small extension to rear of right end, forming a catslide with main roof. 2 storeys. W elevation, 4-window range of C20 casements, and 2 C20 half-glazed doors. N elevation (to Crow Pond Road), 2 C20 casements on ground floor, 3 on first floor, and one C20 half-glazed door. Included for group value. RCHM 13.
