Cottage, at one time 2 cottages. C17 or earlier with later and C20 alterations and additions. Timber framed and plastered. Thatched roof. Now T-plan with a left range, the right gabled crosswing is outshot to left, with pentice board to gable. Red brick chimney stack with attached diagonal shafts to crosswing. One storey and attics. 1:2 window range with a 3 light window to gable. All C20 casements. Gabled red tiled porch to left return. Vertically boarded door with muntins. Exposed frame internally. RCHM 7.
