Description

Corner Cottage is a cottage that dates from the 17th century and was partly rebuilt in the 19th century. It features a timber-framed structure with plastered walls and painted brick plinths. The roof is thatched, with plain tiles below the dormer window and 20th-century plain tiles. The original building and the rear north-west extension are one storey with an attic, while the east gable addition has two storeys. The main entrance is located to the right of the centre and consists of a glazed boarded door. There are three horizontal sliding sash windows, one of which projects as an oriel window. Additionally, there is a double two-light casement dormer window. The cottage has red brick and gault brick ridge stacks.
