Description
The stable block located to the southeast of Hildersham Hall dates from the early 19th century and is constructed of red brick with a hipped slated roof. It has two storeys and a rectangular plan. The west facade, which faces the courtyard, is symmetrical, featuring slightly projecting end and center bays. The central entrance consists of a boarded door topped by a rectangular fanlight, with a loft door above that projects over the eaves and is covered by a shallow pitched gabled roof. On either side of the entrance are two windows with small panes and two stable doors, each also featuring rectangular fanlights. The building is finished with a brick eaves band and a plinth.
