Description

Springfield is a cottage dating from the 18th century. It features a timber frame with a rendered exterior and a long straw thatch roof, which is hipped at the west end and half hipped at the east end. The cottage has an original red brick ridge stack and is one storey high with an attic, which includes one dormer. The windows have been replaced with modern casements.
