Description

A coach house and stable block, likely built in 1854 for the Hurrell family. The building is constructed of gault brick, with a plain tile roof and decorative pierced bargeboards, forming an L-shaped plan. The coach house faces the street, with a stable range projecting forward on the right side. The coach house has corrugated sheet doors and a 3-light gabled dormer window above. The stable block features doors with 3-light windows. The interior comprises a tack room with a fireplace, cupboards, and hooks, and a staircase leading to a groom's room located above the coach house. This coach house and stable block is historically linked and forms a group with Park House.
