Description
The South Stable Block is a long stable block from the late 18th century that was converted into dwelling houses around 1956. It is built of gault brick and features a tiled roof with a dentil eaves cornice. There are small stacks added around 1956. The building is one storey high with attics and includes ten hipped dormers, along with doorways and fenestration that were part of the conversion. The original door and window openings remain more intact at the west end, while the east end has an opening that leads to the stables. At the west end, there is also a pair of brick piers that are contemporary with the stable complex.
