Description

The White Horse Public House is an inn dating from the late 17th century. It features painted local brick and 19th-century brick, which may cover a timber frame. The building has a tall local brick ridge stack and a 19th-century stack on the south gable, topped by a modern plain tile roof. It stands two storeys high with a four-unit plan and a lobby entry. There are four casement windows on both the first and ground floors, along with two half-glazed doors, one located in the lobby entry. Inside, the pub has two inglenook hearths and exposed floor frames.
