No. 27 Whitecroft Road is a cottage dating from the late 18th century to the early 19th century. It is timber framed, plaster rendered, and has a long straw thatched roof. The cottage features an end stack made of grey brick and has a single range plan. It is one storey high with an attic. The ground floor includes a 19th-century boarded door and two windows, which consist of a casement and a 19th-century fixed light window with small panes.
