Description
No. 1 George Street is an 18th-century cottage that features a timber frame and a rendered exterior. The building has a steeply pitched roof, which is currently covered with asbestos, and a ridge stack made of gault brick. It has a two-room layout and consists of one storey with an attic. The front includes a 19th-century shop window with five lights, each having an arched pane set in a square head, along with a hung sash. There is a doorway located at the rear of the cottage.
