Description

Maris Farmhouse is a house from the early to mid-17th century. It is timber framed and plastered, featuring a steeply pitched roof that has been covered with cement tiles. The house has an original red brick ridge stack with grouped shafts set diagonally. It stands two storeys tall and follows a three bay and lobby entry plan. The exterior includes three flush frame windows from the 18th and 19th centuries, including a horizontal sliding sash window with small panes. There is also a 19th-century gabled porch at the lobby entry.
