South Lodge is a lodge built in the early to mid 19th century. It is constructed of painted brick with a red brick central stack and features a hipped roof made of red plain tiles, designed in a polygonal shape with a symmetrical facade. The building stands two storeys high and has a rustic verandah on three sides. The main entrance includes a half-glazed panelled door, which is flanked by casement windows, and there is one horizontal sliding sash window on the first floor. The surrounding park was enclosed around 1820 to 1850.
