Description

North Farmhouse is a farmhouse built around 1844, following the Enclosure of 1843. It is constructed of red brick and features a double front with a service range at the rear, topped by a hipped slate roof. The building has two symmetrical stacks and an additional stack at the rear. It stands two storeys tall and has three first-floor recessed hung sash windows with glazing bars set in cambered arches. Flanking a half-glazed door, there are two similar windows, all within a double recessed round-headed brick arch that includes a fanlight. The entrance is adorned with an open wooden trellis porch.
