Description
No. 3 High Street is an early 18th-century cottage made of red brick with a thatched roof. It has one storey and an attic, featuring a tumbled brick parapet gable on the north side and a gable on the south that extends from the north gable of Nos. 1 and 2 The Old Manor Farmhouse. The main entrance is located in a recessed porch on the left side, with one three-light and two two-light casement windows set in segmental brick arches. There are also two casement dormer windows. A tall ridge stack is present on the roof. To the north, there is an attached 19th-century coach house, which has a gable facing the road. The coach house is constructed of gault brick with red brick dressings and has a slate roof. It features a blind round window and a fixed light window shaped to a round-headed match with cast iron glazing bars.
