Description
Streetly End Farmhouse, located at No 61, is a house dating from the mid-17th century. It features a timber-framed structure with a rendered exterior and a roof covered in cedar shingles. The farmhouse has a central ridge chimney stack with grouped diagonally set shafts and a projecting capping. It stands two storeys tall, with a lower service wing at the north end. There are two later 20th-century casement windows on each storey, likely in original openings, as well as two ground floor windows. A 19th-century boarded door is situated at the south end. The service and kitchen wing is one storey with an attic at the north end, also tiled and featuring a later stack on the east pitch of the roof. Inside, the farmhouse includes stop-chamfered ceiling beams and some exposed framing.
