Description
Sheads House is a cottage dating to the 17th century, with alterations and additions from the 19th century. It is a timber-framed building, now plastered with painted brick, and has plain tiled roofs. It features an end stack on the left-hand side and two ridge stacks. The original L-shaped plan has been extended and incorporates a wide, low-pitched porch with a 19th-century door. There are two ground-floor and three first-floor windows, each with nine panes in sash windows, alongside one casement dormer window.
