It features a timber frame, is plaster rendered, and has a long straw thatched roof with a half hipped design. The ridge stack has two flues made of local gault brick, positioned above the ridge and accompanied by a string course. The building has a T-plan layout, which includes a single bay wing at the front. It is one storey with an attic, and the front displays a horizontal sliding sash window. The front wing is two storeys tall, also covered with long straw thatch and a half hipped roof. There is a doorway located in the re-entrant angle, and the rear of the house includes a dormer.
