Description

Oakley Lodge is a mid-19th century lodge that was associated with the recently demolished Oakland House. It has a T-plan layout and is a single storey building. Constructed from gault brick and colour-washed, it features a low pitch hipped slate roof with a central ridge stack and deep bracketed eaves. The lodge has flat stone arches above its sash windows and a four-light bay window with hung sashes on the north-facing facade. There is also an open-sided porch on the left side of the building.
