Description

The George Public House is an early 18th-century inn located on the south side of Fenstanton High Street. It is constructed of colour-washed brick and features an old plain tile roof with parapet gables and kneelers, along with end stacks. The building is two storeys high and has a band between the floors. There are three window ranges of hung sashes on both levels. To the right of the centre is a modern panelled door, which is framed by a doorcase that includes plain pilasters, an entablature with a bracketed cornice, and a triangular pediment.
