Description

The property at 3 Cambridge Road, Godmanchester, is mainly a mid-16th century building, subject to later alterations and extensions. It is constructed on an L-shaped plan with two storeys and has exposed timber framing and a tile roof. The central gable of the main block is early 17th century and features moulded and enriched bargeboards. Modern windows, including 3-light casements on the front elevation and 2-light casements at the rear, have been installed. The property has brick stacks.
