Description

This stable range, located approximately 10 metres north of Carrs Farmhouse at 37 Overend, dates from the mid-17th century and was altered with an addition in the 19th century. It is constructed from coursed limestone rubble, featuring freestone and brick dressings, and has a Welsh slated roof. The original range includes three stable doors with segmental arches, double boarded doors, and three windows. The addition to the east has wooden lintels above two windows and a doorway.
