49 High Street is a mid-19th century house located in Needingworth. The building is two storeys high and constructed of gault brick, topped with a modern tile roof and featuring end stacks. The front is symmetrical with a three-window arrangement on the first floor, which includes one blind window and two hung sashes set in segmental arches. Flanking the modern door are two similar windows.
