Description

This is a mid-19th century house located on the south side of Overcote Lane in Holywell-cum-Needingworth. It is a two-story building constructed of gault brick, featuring a low-pitched slate roof and end stacks. A dentil eaves cornice runs along the top of the house. The first floor has a symmetrical arrangement of three hung sash windows with glazing bars, each set within a cambered arch. The ground floor has two similar sash windows either side of a central half-glazed door, which has a reeded doorcase and corner bosses.
