Description

Nos 44 and 44A on Huntingdon Street date from the 18th century, possibly incorporating elements from an earlier building. The structure has two storeys and is timber framed with a plastered exterior. It features a tiled roof with a gabled north end. The former Tuscan doorcase on the south wing has been destroyed, but there is a six-panelled door. The building also has flush-framed sash windows with glazing bars. Additionally, there is a lower extension on the south side.
