Description

This is a range of small houses located on Cambridge Street, dating from the 18th or early 19th century, and which have been altered over time. Most of the buildings are two storeys high, with some having attics. They have tile roofs and are built of gault brick. The majority feature sash windows with glazing bars. Number 15 is currently derelict. Number 17 has a modern brick front to the ground floor with an imitation timber framing alcove. Number 31 has a plastered front with slightly projecting flat heads to the ground floor windows, including keys and shutters, and a doorcase with small shaped brackets and a pediment. The buildings are included in the listing primarily for their group value.
