Description

This barn, attached to the east end of Rectory Farmhouse, dates from the early to mid 19th century. It is constructed of coursed limestone and limestone rubble, with some brick dressings, and features a low-pitched slated roof. The barn has a stepped limestone eaves cornice and large stone quoins. There are opposing doorways with double boarded doors and elliptical brick heads, along with a single doorway on the right side of the north elevation and a pitching doorway, both of which do not have doors.
