Description

The war memorial in the cemetery, dating from around 1920, commemorates those who served in World War I. It is made of limestone and features a cross with foliated ends, set on an octagonal column that stands on a square base. Each side of the base is gabled and decorated with simplified running foliate ornament. At the corners, there are diagonal buttresses topped with crocketed finials. The base includes a panel with a two-centred head inscription on each side.
