Description

No. 30 Somers Road is an early to mid 19th century building constructed of brown brick with a slate roof. It stands three storeys tall with a basement and features one bay. The building has parapet gables and a recessed, nine-paned hung sash window on the second floor. There is also a two-storey canted bay window with hung sashes. Iron railings and a gable are present in the basement forecourt. The main entrance is located at the rear in a two-storey extension, featuring a four-panelled door with a fanlight set within a brick arch. This building is included for its group value.
