Description

No. 126 West End is a house built in the early 19th century. It is constructed of gault brick, featuring Flemish bond on the front and English bond on the rear. The roof is pantiled with tumbled end parapets. The house has two storeys and includes three mid-19th century flush frame hung sashes with moulded architraves. There are two sashes on the ground floor, positioned on either side of the original doorway. The doorway has a doorcase with similar moulding to the architrave and features a four-panelled door with a rectangular fanlight above it.
