Description

This barn, located 20 yards northeast of the Hall, dates from around 1700. It is timber-framed and weatherboarded, with modern brick added to part of the west end and a 19th-century brick extension at the front. The roof is made of tin over thatch. The barn has three bays and an aisle on the north side, featuring a gabled porch that opens to the center bay on the south side. Inside, the barn has Queen strut roof trusses with double purlins, one of which is clasped, and a braced arcade plate. The original porch is still intact.
