Description
The Limes is an 18th-century house located on Haddenham Hill Row. It is constructed of red brick in Flemish bond and features a modern tiled roof with flush end stacks. The building is two storeys high with an attic and has two gable dormers. The symmetrical facade includes three recessed twelve-pane hung sashes. The central doorway is framed by a doorcase with slender engaged shafts that support a heavily moulded cornice, which is similar to the one found at Vine House, No 9 Station Road. On either side of the entrance are canted bays from the 19th century. At the rear, the house has been extended using gault brick.
