Description

The Chestnuts is a cottage with a three-bay and lobby entry plan, likely dating from the mid to late 17th century. It is timber framed and rendered, with brick on the right-hand gable end. The cottage features a thatched roof with a ridge stack and two gabled dormers. There are four windows, including a shop window on the left side, all of which are from the 20th century. The doorway is located opposite the stack.
