Description

No. 59 High Street is a cottage, likely dating from the 17th century. It has a timber-framed structure that is plaster rendered, topped with a thatched roof made of long straw and featuring a ridge stack of gault brick. The building is one storey high with attics and includes two dormers. There are two windows on either side of a single light window, which probably replaced the original doorway. The current entrance is located at the rear of the cottage.
