Description
The Sculpture Group of Diana and Actaeon, located at Jubilee Walk in Anglesey Abbey, is a significant sculptural work created in 1720 by John Cheere, who signed and dated the piece. Made of lead, the group depicts the figures of Diana and Actaeon, or alternatively Venus and Adonis. This sculpture originally came from Copped Hall in Essex.
