Description

Alpha Cottage is a house dating from the early 19th century. It is built of painted and rendered brick and features an asbestos tile roof, with a ridge stack and a gault brick end stack on the right side. The cottage has two storeys and a rear outshut. The front includes a six-panelled door located to the left of centre, three sixteen-paned flush framed hung sash windows, one hung sash window on the first floor, and two casement windows. The building is topped with a dentil brick eaves cornice.
