Description

Nos 13 and 15 Newnham Street comprise a 17th–18th century brick house with a cross wing at the south end. The building is two storeys and has attics. It has a two-window range, with irregularly spaced double-hung sash windows featuring single vertical glazing bars. One window has paned glazing bars. Number 15 has a six-panel door, the upper panels of which are glazed, set within a doorcase featuring architraves and a small hood. The roof is tiled with old Cambridgeshire tiles and includes one hipped dormer. Nos 7 to 15 (odd numbers) form a group.
