Description

This building, known as 9A Orchard Street, is part of a range of thirteen cottage tenements built around 1825. The structure is one storey high with attics and is constructed from gault brick, topped with a continuous mansard tile roof. Each tenement features a central doorway flanked by painted plaster pilasters, a pseudo-entablature, and a shaped metal hood. There are windows on either side of the door, which include glazing bars. Notably, No 2 retains its original shutters, while No 4 has had one modern bay window added.
