Description
49 New Square is a building dating from around 1840. It is constructed from grey gault brick and stands three storeys tall, featuring three windows with sash frames that originally had glazing bars, although these are missing on the ground floor. The entrance includes a panelled door with a rectangular light above it, and there is a cast iron porch. The roof is hipped and covered with slate.
